Player Development
At Atlanta Elite Baseball Academy, we believe that development isn’t just a buzzword. Founded by former professional players, our academy was born out of a desire to fix the common deficiencies in youth coaching. We’ve traded "ring chasing" for a blueprint that prepares athletes for the next level.
Data-Centric Approach
We take the guesswork out of progress. By utilizing objective, professional-grade technology, we provide our players with a roadmap for improvement based on hard evidence, not just opinions. Our methodology includes:
-
Advanced Metrics: We utilize bat knob monitoring and ball flight tracking to analyze every facet of a player's swing and pitch, in practice and in games.
-
Driveline Certified Coaching: Our staff includes Driveline certified instructors and a DeKalb County Coach of the Year, ensuring our athletes learn from the best in the industry.
-
Objective Gains: Every drill and practice session is designed to move the needle on specific performance markers.
Why Choose Us
-
Our focus is on true player development, where growth comes from consistent effort, embracing failure, and pushing beyond comfort zones.
-
We cultivate a positive, high-energy environment that encourages kids to take risks, learn from mistakes, and strive to become the best version of themselves-on and off the field.
Culture Over Trophies
-
While we play to win, we prioritize the person behind the player. We foster a fun, family-oriented environment that encourages players to work hard and stay committed to their craft. We push our athletes to their limits, teaching them that true success comes from discipline and the pursuit of excellence—not just adding another plastic trophy to the shelf.
-
"We focus on the metrics that matter, the habits that last, and the development that gets players noticed."
Atlanta Elite Baseball Academy is proud to call the premier athletic facilities at Norcross High School its home. This AAAAAA-caliber complex provides a professional-grade training environment designed to develop athletes at every level of the game.
